Jon Bon Jovi accepted the 2024 MusiCares Foundation person ofthe year award, thanking his family, friends, bandmates, and countless supporters that made an impact on his musical and philanthropic legacy.

In his speech, he acknowledged the incredible artists and close friends that came to the gala to celebrate and show their support, including Robert Kraft of the Foundation to Combat Antisemitism, as well as past Person of the Year honorees Bruce Springsteen and Paul McCartney.
